Charlene was born in 2003 with Down Syndrome. She's described as "quiet, polite, and likes to be tidy." She's in foster care in Asia and is doing well. She is helpful, cooperative, and well loved. She can communicate and loves to dance. Charlene needs to find a family soon, as she ages out next July. Please share this sweet girl, so that her family may spot her.
